NICE mileage and climb! Bet it was beautiful up there. Was the trail dry? It would have been a muddy mess today!

Are ya ready for Ogden?

That's quite the elevation gain! You must have quads of steel!!! :)

It was a fun run. The trail was dry. It was my first time on that trail, but I hope to go back many more times--and then, maybe, I'll have quads of steel. Right now they're just bright red and sore. Smooth--I am so not ready for Ogden. I don't think I've ever been this not ready for Ogden. (And I've probably said that half a dozen times...) My planned run tonight turned into helping dad with some roofing. Tomorrow night is platelet donation night. I'm gonna have to get up early and go before work tomorrow if I want to run. Saturday I would like to go back up and run this trail again.
