4.05 miles | 0:36:22| 8:59 pace | The lower-case 'b' First run in the dark with my new Fenix E11 light. Me likey! But first: a week ago I rolled my ankle. Nothing major but up through about Wednesday my ankle was a bit sore. Ran on it last night and all was well. This morning I was back to the sore again. Was going to wait until tomorrow morning to run again, but the Fenix in the mailbox changed my mind! The Fenix E11 is a little handheld LED light that runs off of one AA battery. It has two power/brightness settings: max (105 lumens) and low (32 lumens). Battery life at max is 1h50m; at low it's 8h23m--that's quite a bit of difference! Fortunately the low setting provides ample light so I won't be going through batteries like a mad man. It's small and light enough to carry in a pocket until needed or it'll fit in my Amphipod pouch.
