Smooth/Kathie: I can't wait for Ogden either. Not too excited about the Motel 6 though... The price I pay for being cheap.
MrsFit: I've printed off a 3:45 wrist band from the forum. I'm hopeful things will work out. I always struggle the last 10 miles of Ogden--regardless.
