11.25 miles / 1:40:28 / 8:56 pace / Jordan River Parkway, Lehi Ran with Smooth, RAD, LuzyLew, and started and was passed (a couple of times) by Chad Despite the snow I didn't struggle to get out of bed. I love running in the snow! Yes, it kind of rankles me that it's snowing in April, but consider the locale... And I've ran in 4 to 6 inches of the fresh stuff in early June, so it's really not that late. At the turn around the snowflakes were HUGE! Loved it! Felt pretty good throughout--particularly the first 9 miles.
I must be getting old because the rest of the day my hip joints ached--even Excedrin didn't seem to work. This morning I'm fine though. :| Mostly. My nose is running something fierce, I'm all congested, and I've got a slightly scratchy throat.
