If it wasn't for the promise of good folks and breakfast afterward, I know for a fact (or at least it would have been a pretty sure thing) that I would have turned off the alarm and went back to bed.

Legs still felt pretty tired from TOU last week despite not having  run a lick all week.  I think maybe I'll go soak my legs in the American Fork River later.

It's been a while since I ran with such a large group--and these guys and gals are all aces!

I am extremely glad that you didn't hit the snooze button and went back to bed! You made it so fun for me...sorry I yack your ears off! :). Can't wait to run w/ you and Kathie next week. Hmmm, we should get matching outfits, no?
