Enjoyed a lovely run with my two daughters.  They are getting ready for their first half-marathon, the Utah Valley Marathon Half.  Two weeks after that they are doing the AF Canyon Half.  Both want to run the Top of Utah full marathon come September if they fair well with these two half's.
