Good run, good time, thanks to Smooth, Kathie, Tom Slick, RAD, plus... First time on the Porter Rockwell Trail. Nice trail--well maintained and it was quite popular this morning. Don't know when the last time I saw that many folks out on the Provo River Trail. Never maybe?

Thanks RAD for the chocolate milk, muffins, and oranges at the finish! Good luck next week at the SLC Half! When you work those ITB issues out, you're going to be F-A-S-T!

Smooth and Kathie: you two are going to kick some serious butt at Boston. Those two left me in the dust at about mile 9 and then ran an extra mile after getting back to the trailhead.

Tom, as always, it was a pleasure to spend some time out on the road with you. It's been too long!

Thanks Maynard! I'm always good for food :) I had a wonderful run with you this morning and decided you are one of the craziest runners I know (which means someday I'd like to have your ambition and drive!). Great job on the run, the trail is wonderful! We'll have to do it again soon.

Good Soup Maynard, Hey Man you are really looking good out there on the road, fast and skinny. I can hardly wait to see what you do with you cramed packed June running schedule....I can't believe your doing a 50 miler right after the UVM. Lets get somemore runs in together, maybe you can fool me into running a 50 miler someday....

We only left you in the dust because we were not recovering from a 50K!

I also have a lot of nervous energy going into Boston that I have to burn off.

It was fun running with you again I just wish you wouldn't talk so much and let Smooth and I get in a word every now and then :)
