Gonna really-really try and be diligent over the next 3+ weeks so I can, at the least, not embarrass the crap out of myself at the Buffalo Run.

Wore my 2007 St. George Marathon shirt--it's undoubtedly the most uncomfortable running shirt EVER.

Have you been running more, but not posting? I could run 20 miles every day and still embarrass myself at the buffalo run. :)

Maynard, I hear ya. Hang in there, bro. I totally agree about the SGM 2007 shirt. It is the most uncomfortable shirt I own, but it holds the fondest memories of any other shirt. It was my first trip to Utah.

The 2007 St. G. shirt does sucketh, but so does every St. G. shirt I've ever had. A short sleeve cotton t-shirt would be far superior to the poorly sized, oddly shaped, and poorly assembled "technical" shirts they've come up with.
