Out and back--the trip out was awesome!  The trip back stunk.  Bad.  Grrrr!  Oh well.  3 miserable miles beats no miles.

Hey Brad!!! Glad to see you out running! My trip back stunk too, literally, ran past a mink farm, eeew stinky! :)

why was the trip back so bad...were you sad that you had to stop running soon?

From Teena on Thu, Dec 17, 2009 at 18:00:51 from 174.52.45.85

Nice run there Bradley!!! :)

Same question: What was wrong with the trip back?

From Maynard on Thu, Dec 17, 2009 at 19:21:50 from 199.190.170.24

Knees acting a little funny and the consequence of a poor breakfast.

You know, for two days last week, I thought maybe I was back on top of things. OK, so I'll never really be on top of things, but still--I thought I was going to be able to get into a groove or something with my running. And then the weekend came and...

I am going to try and get out tomorrow though. And Teena--it may very well be one of them lovely snowy runs!

If you can magically heal my lower left leg I will come drag you out of bed three times a week and MAKE you run!!! :)
