Got about 3 miles in and was thinking the run was going to turn into one of those bad ones that I could show my daughters that even long-time runners have bad days.  But I ran through it and it turned out to be a pretty good run that I can now take to the girls and show how sometimes you just gots to run through the crap to get to the joy.  Just like in life.  Oh, Rachel, I decided not to tell you about the snake I saw tonight--bigger than the one on Saturday.  And it wouldn't move.
