Four laps around Rotary Park here in American Fork is roughly 1.1 miles.  The first 1.1 miles was run barefoot.  10:33 total time, 9:32 pace.  The second 1.1 was in my old Saucony's.  9:54 total time, 8:52 pace.  I may hit the treadmill later.

Sounds like a nice little run. Good job on yesterday's treadmill run. The most I have ever run on a treadmill was an 18 miler last year, preparing for SGM. As long as I can watch a good, action packed movie with little dialogue, then I'm good to go.

First off -- sweet run on the treadmill Monday night!!! I was laughing so hard reading your commentary. I hope that the migraine and sickness is completely gone!!!

Nice job on Tuesday's run as well!!! :)

"What fathers won't do for their daughters!" You're the most devoted father there ever is! Funny stuff you watched while running on the milley! GOOD JOB!

NICE little barefoot run. How's the migraine? Are you planning to do the Forumite run on Sat.?

DoG: eighteen miles on a treadmill just seems almost unbearable. Eighteen miles! That's like three hours! I don't know of any movie that could keep me going that long.

Teena: if only you could peek into what goes through my mind 99% of the time. It's scary! Migraine gone. Yay!

Smooth: that barefoot run proved to be a tough one--especially the day after--even though it was only 2.2 total miles. Both feet were tired and sore all day.

And yes, Smooth, I'll be running with the forumites on Saturday.
