Stupid shoe!  Stitching rubs the instep of my foot--or have I mentioned that before?  Guess it's been a while since I've run in these shoes.

Was going to go more but I'm glad I decided to call it good at 4.

Tomorrow is a day off--donating platelets after work.

Nothing worse than trying to run in shoes with stitching that rubs. I've been running in Asics Cumulus for a few years now and they don't seem as good as they used to be. I'm thinking about trying out some different shoes.

I have so fallen off my game. No run Wednesday (blood day), Thursday, or Friday. TOU is gonna be ugly!
