Faster, a little bit.  I figured the treadmill is only going to push me if I push the buttons a bit more, so I did.  Not a lot, but I'll get there.  Still can't get past the perceived difference in effort with the road vs. the treadmill.

ER Season 10, episode 14.  Make sure you hug the ones you love!

Peace!

Yes, Peace my friend!!! So I guess my "Run" reminder came a little too late!!! See, you don't need reminded!!! :)

Nice job!!!

I knew you'd watched another ER episode. Ok I will hug the ones I love!

So, do you perceive the effort harder or easier on the dreadmill? For me, somedays the dreadmill seems easier than the road. With that said I prefer running on the road any day over the TM.

Teena: yes, I need reminding and prodding and kicks in the pants, etc.--anything to get me running.

Smooth: the road feels so much easier to me, yet I know that the treadmill is so much gentler on the knees and such. I don't know. I'm pretty sure it's all in my head.
