7.36 miles / 1:08:38 / 9:19 A.P. / UV-BST Loop Ankles and calves hurt. Those hills are buggers! As crappy as I felt in the first few miles, I ended up only being 4 seconds slower than last weeks run. I also think that starting a barefoot running/foot strengthening regimen so close to a race (Buffalo Run 50K, March 27) was a mistake. I think I'll stop all barefoot running until that's over. Group run on Saturday: 7:00 a.m. at the Provo River Parkway trailhead located at, or near, Utah Lake State Park.
