7.38 miles / 1:10:15 / 9:31 A.P. / UV-BST loop

UVRMC up to the Y trailhead, across the Bonneville Shoreline Trail to Rock Canyon, down past the Provo Temple to the Provo River Trail, and back over to UVRMC.  Haven't run that loop in years!  Felt good, but the hills up to the Y trailhead and half way across to Rock Canyon kicked my butt!

I bet that was a beautiful run. Good weather, too. I ran a race down in Provo today and it was perfect running weather.
