Something about the ASICS GT's that seem to rub my arch on my right foot--old pair and the new pair.  It's irritating.

Splits varied between 8:04 to 8:22.  An extremely flat run with a nice headwind when running west and north.  Any guesses as to where my slower miles were?

No donuts--just the promise of a nice cold glass of chocolate milk when I got back.  Mmmm.  Chocolate milk!
