Good run.  I really haven't been feeling it the last few runs and the start of today's was no different.  Just can't get into the groove.  That and I've got some tightness in my right ankle that's causing me concern--especially this close to Ogden.  But today, after 3 1/2 miles, things came together a lot better than they have been.  I started to feel better.  And at the end, I really felt pretty good.  Probably should have kept going for a mile or two more.  Oh well.

I need to eat something.

And a cold glass of chocolate milk would be good too!

There's gonna come, in the not so distant future, when my ability to go directly from work to the PRT and run is going to become severely limited.  I'll miss it when it does.

I'll have to get up early in the A.M. and run.

Or something.

My treadmill won't be available for a while either--I don't think.

Glad to hear the ankle is not a concern after today's run. Hope you get more beautiful PRT runs before needing to get up too early to run. Ditch the TM, much nicer outside! Have a GREAT week!

Smooth--the ankle is still of grave concern. More today than it was yesterday. Got it wrapped up tight tonight. I hope I haven't pulled or torn something! :(

STINK!!! :( Is it swollen? Did you twist it? Are you R.I.C.E.ing it? I hope it isn't anything serious!

I'm hoping it's just strained a bit. Haven't twisted it, just been doing my normal thing mostly. Started RICEing today but it was kinda hard at work--especially the "E" part. It just doesn't look good for me to have my leg propped up on my desk...

I'm sure it will be fine in couple of days. Strange that it just gets tight. Take carer, Bradley! :)

Love it when things start coming together.

Did you get something good to eat??? :)
