Yesterday I got in the mail the Captains of Crush gripper 1.5: "The gold standard of grippers!" With it, I can ~ increase grip strength ~ speed up rehab ~ prevent injuries. Not sure it will speed up the rehab on my leg or prevent running injuries, but those words were printed on the packaging so it's got to be correct, right?

Today in the mail I got my hiking pants! No more wearing heavy and hot cotton pants! Now I've got some lightweight, nylon pants to hit the trails with. Yay me!

So, the next time you see me with my Captains of Crush gripper and some slick new hiking pants, try not to oggle.

You two are funny. I forgot to include that bit about the GR8 springs--such a key selling point! And of course Addi approves--she loves her daddy.
