A good run with Hay prior to me heading out of town for the weekend with the boy.  Running up American Fork Canyon has always been fairly intimidating to me--which is why I haven't done it much--but Hay took it right in stride and didn't complain at all.

Shoes felt like bricks and the temp felt like it was 100°--neither of which were true.  Wanted to explore a bit of Lava; didn't get far or see much.  Saw the cemetery and the golf course that are located south of town but that was about it.  Oh well.
