10.62 miles | 1:38:57 | 9:19 pace | Jordan River Parkway/Lehi
I tried running slow--wanted about a 9:30 pace for 90 minutes--got a 9:19 for 99 minutes. Oh well. Better luck next time.

It was a little sore Friday after Thursday's run, but today it hasn't bothered me one single bit! Musta been some sort of fluke.
