VERY NICE pace up and down that beautiful canyon!!! I notice your start time...smart to go early to avoid getting run over by vehicles or bikes! :)

Smooth: you've got to start earlier than 6:00 a.m. to avoid the vehicle and bike traffic any more. It's getting bad up that canyon road.
Yes, I'm looking for a house. The house that has been getting remodeled is my parents. They're moving back in and I'm moving out.
