I seem to have strained my hammy more than I originally thought on Tuesday...

How's the hammy?

Where are you????

How's the hammie?

From Maynard on Fri, Nov 09, 2012 at 23:14:14 from 71.195.241.75

MIA.

The hammy seems to be doing alright, although it's been unusually tight for an unusually long period of time since I strained it. But the 3 miles I did last night on the treadmill were uneventful as far as that goes. The knee is a different story.

That and I'm seeing an orthopedic surgeon on Monday about a Rotator Cuff problem.

Good times.

I am so sorry about the rotator cuff. I have worked with a lot of patients who had rotator cuff repairs lately. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. Let me know how the visit with the surgeon goes.

Rotator cuff impingement. Aside from that, it all looks quite good according to the doc. Got a steroid injection and a prescription anti-inflammatory, plus 1 to 2 visits a week for 4 weeks with a physical therapist (if I need more than just the initial instructional visits).

Wahoo!! That is much better than a tear!!! :) :) :)

Hopefully you are getting tons of relief from the injection and meds. And a big 'ol YAHOO for physical therapy!! :)

How's the shoulder rehab coming?
