Got my sorry keister out of bed only to have the boy duck into the bathroom before I could put in my contacts. Delayed start. My bad. And then I bonked at mile 3.

I got to thinking that my new-found proximity to the Provo River Trail might make running it a bit mundane.

Are there any "group" runs planned for tomorrow morning? I've got to go run or else I might get roped into the ward Turkey Ball game and I'd rather not.

I'm not aware of any group runs tomorrow. The only way I'd ever find out is if I were invited. Lol

I can see how running the same route all the time would become mundane.
