I know, my bad--do I see brimstone in my future?  Superbowl Sunday is not one of my favorite days of the year--this year I decided to run through some of it.  I was going to go longer, but opted to call 'er good at 45 minutes.

4.76 miles / 45:00 / 9:28 average pace

I ordered me some new trail running shoes on Friday: Asics GT-2150 Trail.
