First run in a couple of weeks. Felt really good to get out again. The neuroma didn't bother me a bit during the run although I could feel it this morning while wearing my slippers.

No slippers or narrow shoes for you! I'd wear big old crocs in the house and cushy wide Ecco shoes when not running! :)

Kathie: look up Morton's Neuroma or Metatarsalgia. Alisak, N8r, Kodi and others have had 'em.
Smooth: the Crocs are on the feet even as I type.
