My knees are bugging me just a teeny bit, but nothing that is overly concerning at this point.

Hope the knees are feeling fine. You run a lot faster on the trail than the TM. NICE pace!

Did you run on the weekend? Where? How was it?

I took the weekend off--for my knees and I had my daughter all weekend long again (very nice!).

I still struggle with the treadmill. 8 1/2minute miles on the treadmill feel a lot faster than they do on the trail/road.

Glad you spend a nice weekend with your daughter and resting the knees. We were thinking about you on our run.

It's strange how some runners feel it's harder (faster) on the TM while others feel it's easier. In the end, it's the road pace that counts...so yours are GREAT! Plus, you won't need to run on the TM now that the weather is getting better! Have a GREAT week!

Whenever you guys get together for a run like that on a Saturday, let me know--if I'm free, I'd love to join you. That run on the 20th was a blast!

This coming Sat. we're running the Lake to Lake Relay. We will PM you when we do another Sat run together. It'll be FUN!

That's right! Hope you have fun down there and do well. Go get 'em! Did Canyon end up joining your team? Did you go with Charlie's suggested team name?

From Smooth on Mon, Mar 01, 2010 at 17:12:09 from 174.23.198.220

Yes, Canyon is on our team! No! heavens, Charlie's suggested name is just TOO much! :D

We may go with Andy's Harems & Recruits! It's going to be a blast!
